Very good customer service. I ordered flowers to be delivered on my aunt and uncle's 60th wedding anniversary. When I realised they would be away on the day, I emailed Flowers & Pine World(and my cousin who lives in Barrie also rang) and received a prompt reply telling me the flowers would be delivered when they returned home. This was very reassuring for someone who lives in the UK. BTW - they loved the arrangement and thought it was beautiful. Many Thanks.
The flowers were less than impressive for the money. We saw them on Christmas Day five days after they they were delivered and they were half dead. Very disappointing
